Nancy Croce has been sharing her creative energy with others for more than thirty years. From producing her own fashion/art cable television show straight out of Fashion Arts school, to creating national corporate events today, her mission is designing unforgettable experiences for people. And she brings her zany inventiveness and unfettered boldness to each experience she produces through her company Croce Creative.

Every event is a product of my heart and soul.” Nancy takes the adversity in her life and channels it into an artistic vision so she can help others thrive through her creative force. In the face of any obstacle — either personal or at an event she’s organizing — her strength is ingenuity and a will to make anything possible.

She’s also energized by her tribe, a kindred band that she rallies to create beautiful adventures for others.

Sarah Lopes

Director of Event Operations

Sarah Lopes brings extensive experience in event operations, strategy, and large-scale program delivery, with a focus on aligning execution with organizational objectives and stakeholder outcomes.

Sarah’s experience spans complex, multi-stakeholder events across tourism, corporate, and global association environments. Her work includes Build a Dream’s Dreamer Day at the Enercare Centre (4,000+ attendees), events with the Empire Club of Canada, and the Toronto Fitness Festival at the Better Living Centre. She has also supported the delivery of international conferences with the Women in Payments Association, contributing to global programs across APAC, Europe, and LATAM.

Known for translating strategy into clear plans and executional structure, Sarah establishes the systems, cadence, and oversight required to deliver complex events with clarity and control.


Terry Dow

Sponsorship and Tourism Strategy

Terry Dow brings more than 25 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, and destination development.

He supports sponsorship strategy, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with tourism objectives. His background includes working with boards, stakeholders, and public sector partners, as well as developing programs that drive visitation and revenue.


Brandi Young

Event and Travel Management

Brandi Young is the Founder and CEO of bYou Group Inc., a premier consultancy specializing in elevated travel and event management. With 25 years of international experience across 50+ countries, Brandi brings a truly national perspective to her work; she was based in Toronto for 20 years before relocating to Edmonton in recent years, allowing her to maintain deep-rooted connections across Canada while serving a diverse portfolio of global clients.

A leader in the professional community, Brandi serves as the VP, Events on the Board of Directors for CanSPEP, where she works in close partnership with tourism boards nationwide. Under her direction, bYou Group & Travel operates as a fully IATA-certified and TICO-licensed agency, ensuring the highest standards of industry regulation and consumer protection.

Brandi’s expertise spans both the business and leisure sectors, with a strategic focus on corporate incentive programs, conferences, and curated group leisure travel. A passionate advocate for boutique tourism and premium hospitality, she ensures that Canadian travel products are presented at a world-class standard, delivering seamless, high-impact experiences that foster connection and drive results on the global stage.


Kristy Vreeland

Event Operations

Kristy Vreeland leads end-to-end event planning and operational execution.

With extensive experience managing large-scale events, logistics, and multiple stakeholders, Kristy oversees project management, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. She is known for her solutions-focused approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex event environments with efficiency and clarity.


Jeannie Iafrate

Event Assistant

Jeannie Iafrate supports the planning and execution through coordination of logistics, timelines, and team deliverables.

She plays a key role in supporting day-to-day execution, ensuring alignment across workstreams, and assisting with vendor coordination, documentation, and on-site execution. Her attention to detail and organizational support contribute to the smooth delivery of all event elements.


Simon Rayment

Technical Production and Experience Delivery

Simon Rayment brings extensive experience in event production at both national and international levels.

He specializes in production design, audio visual systems, lighting, IMAG, and large-scale event environments. Simon works closely with the team to translate creative concepts into fully realized production elements, ensuring a high-quality and technically sound event experience.


Isaac Rayment

Experiential Innovation and Immersive Design

Isaac Rayment focuses on immersive experience development, bringing innovative approaches to event engagement.

With experience working with partners globally, he contributes to the design and integration of interactive and experiential elements that enhance attendee engagement and support the forward-looking theme of events.


Dominic Chan

Technical Operations and Media Services

Dominic Chan, with 30 years of experience in the technology and news media publishing industry, leads the technical operations and supporting services, including technology integration, production coordination, print production, and media services.

His expertise includes information technology operations management, design and printing services, manufacturing, and photography and video production. He ensures all technical and visual elements are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Dominic's experience spans from serving as the Technical Director and Creative Director for the Niagara International Film Festival to serving as the Director of IT and Events for the St. Monica Institute of the Archdiocese of Toronto. He has also provided production(print, manufacturing, photo and video) support to events such as those of Basics Office Products Ltd. , Subway Restaurant Group, National Society of Black Engineers, Chrysler Group LLC., Grow Up Conference & Expo, Insurance Broker Association of Ontario, and Ontario Pharmacists Association.
